Jin-guk Kim, Chief Director of B&VIIT Eye Center, recently signed a business agreement with the global Korean language learning app, GANADARA, to attract foreign patients and revitalize medical tourism. Chief Director Jin-guk Kim also serves as the president of the Korea Medical Tourism Promotion Association, a sub-organization under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
"South Korea is now entering the era of K-Medical, following K-Pop and K-Drama," said Chief Director Jin-guk Kim. "The number of tourists visiting Korea for medical purposes is increasing worldwide, yet they are reportedly all using learning apps created by foreign companies to study Korean. Going forward, we will actively take the lead in supporting Korean language learning to help foreign patients visiting Korea receive medical services more comfortably."
